Reservation policy: Reservations are accepted by phone Tuesday through Saturday from 12:00pm to 5:00pm and but can also be made at any time through the link above. eVe is a 28 seat restaurant and can fill up quickly, therefore we encourage reservations. When arriving for your reservation, please be on time and not early as we do not have a waiting area in case your table is not yet ready. Tables will be held for 15 minutes after you reservation time, if you are running late please call us to let us know, we will gladly hold your table until you arrive. Dinner usually takes around 1 hour and 45 minutes, if you are going to one of the local theaters please plan accordingly. When making your reservation, please indicate any dietary restrictions so that we may better accommodate your needs. Reservations for Friday and Saturday nights require a credit card number to hold the reservation. Changes to a weekend reservation (whether it be an increase or decrease in party size or cancellation) may be made by 5pm the day before your reservation without penalty. No call/No show reservations or reservations canceled after 5pm the previous day will be charged $29 per person. Parties of 5 or more require a credit card number to hold the table any day of the week. Full restaurant buy-outs are available for larger parties, please call to plan your next event.
Corkage fee: We offer a hand tailored list of value driven wines that complement our food. A corkage fee of $20 is charged for every 750ml bottle. When bringing your own bottle we suggest wines that are light, bright and food friendly.
